Until now, patient documentation in Maventibao has been sporadic. Sometimes people bring small paper notebooks with them, on which their medical history or previous treatments are noted. However, these are often lost or damaged, which is why there is frequently no medical history available.
We now want to change this. Verein Nihaona has purchased a computer for MadaClinics and installed and programmed software that enables such patient documentation. This is a simplified version of what clinics in Switzerland already do.
This will improve the individual health care provided to patients. If the MadaClinics team knows the patient’s medical history, more targeted measures can be taken. The program also enables statistical evaluations, the results of which can be used to optimize medication orders or monitor the spread of diseases.
